I am so excited and pleased! Recently, I was asked to contribute to a series of articles on regular coaching for employees in start-ups. My last publication had some thoughts on regular coaching in businesses and referred to an article Moritz Mann from protofy wrote on the topic. This article was published as part of a series on deutsche startups. As part of this series, the current article came out this week, which I contributed to.
The focus here is on regular coaching for all employees.
Two of the coachees provided testimonials on their experience with regular coaching, as well as two coaches, one of which was yours truly. To quote one of the coachees: ” The coaching is the best thing that could have happened to me.” That speaks for itself, doesn’t it? Just think about the level of development and loyalty engendered.
What is particularly interesting is that there is a focus on growth, not only at managing director level, but also on coachee, so employee, and coach-level.
This is really a topic that should be interesting to any company at all levels, and speaks to the fact that coaching should be made more widely available, no? Particularly in start-ups, where strong growth is a necessity and reality. I find the mechanism to, at the same time, ensure confidentiality and freedom for employees to chose their topics and also ensure a anonymous loop back to the managing directors very effective. It ensures the top level of the company can at the same time steer the business as well as further development in a accurate and timely manner.
If you want to find out more, you can find the article here and get in touch with further questions. I look forward to hearing from you!
