🥳 Yeah, another course finished and raring to go, supporting agile leaders in enabling their teams in order to achieve more empowerment, better results, better products and better performance.
The course was great and super interesting, touching on the elements of leadership in its development from traditional to agile leadership, including servant leadership, and a focus on: empowerment, facilitation and people development. It was interesting to see the contrasts between empowerment on the one hand, providing autonomy, and the ambiguity this can lead to, as well as the tools you can use to minimize insecurity: setting purpose, decision matrices and giving direction. I loved seeing work from R. Kegan again, who I know from immunity to change, and to re-discover some aspects of the work by S. Covey.
