In me you have a business partner with more than a decade experience leading in industry, leading teams, departments and large scale projects (> 30M €) and a decade’s experience as a business coach and trainer for leaders, teams and diversity.

As your business coach and business trainer I connect quickly, handling complexity and keeping an an eye on the goal, while building a business relationship based on humanist values and humor.

I am by birth multi-cultural, calling many countries my home, fully bilingual, native in English and German, and speak fluent French.
