I work with individuals and teams in organisations of all sizes. The businesses I work with range in size from start-ups to medium size companies, to large global corporations.

We can work together in continuous or situational coaching processes, coaching for leaders, aspiring leaders, leadership tandems. Other examples are: workshops for leadership teams, coaching for teams, leaders at all levels, team development. I also do trainings on leadership topics, like self-organisation, communication and conflict management, and mediation of conflicts.
